Service Cancellation

You may cancel your furniture assembly service booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Refund Policy

If you cancel your service at least 24 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund. Refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to administrative fees.

Service Issues

If you are not satisfied with our assembly service, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will work with you to address any concerns and may offer a re-service or partial refund as appropriate.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your service appointment at no additional charge if you provide at least 24 hours notice. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to availability.

No-Show Policy

If our team arrives at the scheduled location and you are not available, the service fee may still apply. Please ensure someone is available at the scheduled time or contact us in advance to reschedule.
