Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of quexylangrexalon, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, which are governed by the laws of New Zealand. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our furniture assembly services.

Services

quexylangrexalon provides professional furniture assembly services in Auckland, New Zealand. We assemble furniture according to manufacturer instructions and industry standards. Our services are provided in accordance with New Zealand consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Service Limitations

Our assembly services are subject to the condition and completeness of the furniture pieces provided. We are not responsible for defects in furniture components or missing parts from the manufacturer. We will notify you of any issues discovered during assembly.

Payment Terms

Payment for services is due as agreed upon booking. We accept various payment methods including cash, EFTPOS, and bank transfer. All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed rate.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Late cancellations may be subject to fees as specified at the time of booking. We understand that circumstances change and will work with you to reschedule when possible.

Consumer Guarantees

Our services are provided with guarantees under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. We guarantee that our services will be performed with reasonable care and skill, will be fit for purpose, and will be completed within a reasonable time. These guarantees cannot be excluded under New Zealand law.

Liability

While we take care in assembling your furniture, our liability is limited to the cost of the assembly service, subject to our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. We are not responsible for damage to furniture that occurs due to manufacturer defects or pre-existing conditions. We maintain public liability insurance as required by New Zealand law.

Disputes and Complaints

If you have a complaint about our services, please contact us first to resolve the issue. If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may contact the New Zealand Disputes Tribunal or the Commerce Commission for assistance under New Zealand consumer protection laws.
